Welcome to Prostart Financial Consulting LLC, These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal contract between you (the “Client”) and us (the “Company”), and govern the use of our services. credit boost and financial assistance.
In summary:
- You hire us to help you improve your credit by disputing errors in your reports and, if you wish, to support you in financing applications.
- We only charge once the service has been completed, in compliance with CROA law.
- We do not offer legal or tax advice, nor do we guarantee specific results.
- You have the right to cancel within 3 business days at no cost.
- After that, you can cancel at any time by following our process.
- In order for us to help you, we need you to provide us with truthful and timely information.
1. Information we collect
Credit counseling:
This includes analysis of your credit report, preparation and sending of dispute letters to credit agencies and the corresponding creditors.
Funding (financial assistance):
It includes a review of your account statements and credit history, eligibility assessment, and connection with lending partners.
What is NOT included:
- Legal advice.
- Tax or accounting advice.
- Guarantee of results (we cannot guarantee that specific accounts will be removed or that financing will be approved).
2. Customer obligations
The Client agrees to:

- Provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information.
- Forward to the Company any correspondence received from credit agencies within the 5 business days following its receipt.
- Maintain an active credit monitoring subscription, if required for the service.
3. Payment structure
Credit Repair (CROA):
According to the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA)We do not charge any fees until the contracted services have been fully completed.
- The billing model can be by result (e.g., $X for each negative account removed) or monthly (e.g., $X per month, after the work for that month is completed).
- No advance payment is ever required.
Funding:
- The Client accepts that, in the event of successful financing, the Company may charge a previously agreed commission.
- The Company may also receive commissions from partner lenders; this will be clearly and transparently disclosed.
4. Cancellation
3-day right:
The Client may cancel this contract without penalty or cost within the three (3) first business days had he signed it.
Subsequent cancellation:
After this period, the Client may cancel at any time by sending written notification with at least 30 days in advance.
5. Limitation of liability
- The Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
- We do not guarantee specific results in the removal of negative accounts or in the approval of loans.
- The Company's maximum liability, under any circumstances, will be equivalent to the total amount paid by the Customer in the last 3 months of service.
6. Explicit consent
Before sharing your information with lending partners For financing options, we will request your clear and separate consent.
7. Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that state.
